Austria - Austria’s major ethnic groups include the Czechs Slovaks, Croats, Hungarians, and Slovenes.

As it can be seen from the pie graph, there is a lot of different ethnic groups within Western Europe. Within those ethnic groups, it can be seen that the Germans has the highest percentage with the French following right after them and the Polish with the smallest percentages. The French and the Germans makes up about 21% of the ethnic groups in Western Europe while the rest of the 10 ethnic groups in Western Europe, makes up the other 79%.
Ethnic Distributions in Western Europe
Western Europe is composed of many different ethnic groups throughout each country and its population consists of the indigenous people and migrants. During the many World Wars, many ethnic groups were push out their country and were forced to move to places like Europe. Many government policies led to equality for some ethnic groups which allowed for them to feel welcome in the European countries in Western Europe. An ethnic conflict within Western Europe has been between the Kurds and the Turkish in Germany because there has been conflicts over interests of rights and ideas.
